We Gather Around Word & Sacrament

 

Worship is at the heart of who we are as Lutheran Christians. We gather to hear God’s word, to be fed by God’s meal, to witness God’s promises in baptism, and to give God our thanks and praise through our prayers and songs.

In addition to the voices our pastors, deacons and lay worship assistants, our worship services are enhanced by children’s, youth, bell, brass, adult, and contemporary choirs.

Text Box: There’s A Service for You Currently, there are five regularly scheduled worship services at Ascension: Saturday: 6:00PM Holy Communion service in the chapel Sunday: 9:00AM and 10:45AM ~ Holy Communion services in the church 10:45AM ~ Misa en Espanol 1st Sunday of the Month: 12:15PM ~ Healing service with the laying on of hands in the chapel 3rd Tuesday of the Month: 7:00PM ~ Healing service with the laying on of hands and anointing with oil in chapel.
