Registration will open March 1, 2026 All enrollees are charged a $25 registration fee

PRICES

FULL DAY: $325 per week

All children ages 3 and up
Groups for children up to 6th grade

HALF DAY: $250 per week

Preschool aged children only
Should have already attended a formal school program

MUST be potty trained

What will your child do at camp?

Children are grouped based on age and will have a homebase location with a lead counselor and a junior counselor. From there, groups move around to different activities including Arts & Crafts, Music & Dance, Sports & Games, and STEM. We open the day by gathering in the church for our daily Bible story, songs, and message from one of our pastors. We eat lunch together as a community and play on our playground after. Then we close our day coming back together for ice pops, songs, dance, and recognition of the great things that happened throughout the day! We have theme days and fun Friday events. All parents are welcome to join us on the last day for our closing ceremony.

About

Children who attend Ascension Day Camp receive a balance of religious instruction, arts & crafts, music, science instruction, and outdoor dry and water games as well as other special events.

The camp day begins with announcements, an opening bible lesson with one of our pastors, and being led in song by our music director.

Each day campers participate in arts & crafts, Bible time, science lessons, music with breaks for lunch and snack. Campers also join in water games and dry games. At the end of the camp day the entire camp meets together for music and prayer and to read the day’s Shout-Outs.

A $25 non-refundable registration fee is required for each child who registers for Ascension Day Camp. Payment for the first week of camp AND the $25 registration fee is required for registration. Campers must attend a minimum of TWO weeks. Payment is due in full by July3, 2026. Refunds/credits will not be given for days a child may be absent due to illness or any other reason.

Early Bird Tuition Discount:

To be eligible for the Early Bird Discount you must register and pay in full by May 1, 2026. (Any additional weeks added after May 1, 2026 will be charged at the regular tuition rate.)

$300 per week for all full day campers

$225 per week for all half day campers

Regular tuition:

$325 per week for all full day campers

$250 per week for all half day* campers

*Half day program is available ONLY for preschool children. Campers must be 3 years old before December 1st, 2026 (All campers must be completely potty trained). A full day preschool program is available to children who will be 4 years old before December 1st 2026.

Questions?

Do I need to send my child with lunch or is Lunch provided?

Children enrolled in the full day program need to come to camp with a LABELED lunch. Snack is provided for campers in both full and half day programs.

Do I need to send my child with a swimsuit and towel?

Weather permitting children participate in water games. Full day campers should be sent to camp with a swimsuit under their clothes, a towel, and sunscreen LABELED with the campers name. Half Day preschool children should come to camp with a LABELED change of clothes. All campers should come to camp with sunscreen already applied.

Does my child need to be a member of Ascension Lutheran Church to Attend?

No. Ascension Day Camp is open to all children in the community of different denominations.
